Health Insurance

Pension Plan
After five plan years, you are fully vested in this company-paid retirement benefit.
Tuition Reimbursement
Receive up to $3,000 (technical college or undergraduate level) or $5,000 (graduate level) annually in tuition and expense reimbursement for approved courses.
Industry and Professional Education
Sharpen your skills with on-site insurance classes or a self-study program. The expense of coursework and testing is generally paid for by Society Insurance.
