I can say without equivocation that Society has the best claims staff of any insurer I have as a client.  Some others are nearly as good, but none is better.  They speak to claimants and witnesses, they collect medical records from before and after injuries, they hire decent IMEs and they stay involved in cases through the conclusion of litigation.  They are the best.
