Regardless of if an employee is fresh out of college or a seasoned upper-level executive, we work to advance their unique set of skills. We strongly support employees in every department of our company: claims, finance, human resources, information systems, marketing and sales, commercial underwriting and underwriting technical services.
Our proprietary, in-house "College of Insurance" program is also available for Society employees. Weekly classes are held detailing the intricacies of each department, providing a broader business perspective and fostering companywide collaboration.
