Providing for your retirement

  • 401(k) and Roth 401(k) plans with profit-sharing match. The company 401(k) match ranges from 4.5 to 9 percent per year in each year that Society records a profit. The Roth 401(k) option offers the tax benefits of a Roth IRA in a 401(k) account.
  • Company-funded Defined Contribution Plan: in addition to the profit-sharing match, Society contributes 6 to 10 percent of your salary to your retirement account (based on years of service)
