How do I report a claim?
- Contact your independent Society agent.
- Call us at 888-576-2438 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
- After hours, holidays and weekends call our 24 hour Emergency Claims at 800-945-7120.

What do I do in the event of:
Fire Damage:
- Contact the necessary authorities.
- Call us immediately at 800-242-9703 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. After hours, call our 24 hour Emergency Claims at 800-945-7120.
- Preserve and protect your property.
Theft from your business:
- Notify the authorities and advise them of all items stolen and/or damaged.
- Call us at 800-242-9703 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or contact your independent Society agent.
- Complete the Theft Notice of Loss Form and e-mail, mail or fax to Society Insurance.
Other Property Losses:
- Contact the necessary authorities.
- Preserve and protect your property.
- Call us at 800-242-9703 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or contact your independent Society agent.
Auto Accident or Auto Damage caused by an animal:
- Call us at 800-242-9703 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or contact your independent Society agent.
- Society Insurance has a Direct Repair Program that will list all of our preferred repair shops in your area.
- If you are involved in an auto accident, please obtain names of witnesses. Do not give statements to anyone other than the police department and/or Society Insurance.
- If your vehicle damage was caused by striking an animal, please complete the Animal Collision Affidavit (Vehicle vs. Animal) and e-mail, mail or fax to Society Insurance.
Auto Glass Damage:
- If you need glass on your vehicle repaired or replaced, please contact Safelite Auto Glass at 877-876-7120.
- Safelite will need your policy number so they can set up a mutually convenient time to have your glass damage repaired/replaced.
Your vehicle was stolen:
- Call us at 800-242-9703 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Please complete the Affidavit of Vehicle Theft and e-mail, mail or fax to Society Insurance.
Bodily Injury:
If an injury occurs to an employee, please refer to the
Workers Compensation section of this website.
If an injury occurs to someone else on your premises or as a result of your operations:
- Call us immediately at 800-242-9703 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. After hours, call our 24 hour Emergency Claims at 800-945-7120.
- Complete the Customer Accident/Incident Report, and e-mail, mail or fax to Society Insurance.
- Preserve all evidence, including surveillance videos of the area where the incident occurred.
- Secure witness information.
- If possible, take photos of the area where the incident occurred.
