Guidelines for Paying your Bill Online
Policy/Bill Account Number
You must know your bill account number and policy number(s) to make a payment online. Both numbers are available on your billing statement.
Canceled Policies
- Invoices cannot be paid online if the payment will post on or after the cancellation effective date.
- If your policy or account is canceled or in collection you cannot use the online system to make a payment or reinstate. Instead you can do one of the following:
- Contact your Society Agent
- Contact the Society Billing Department at 888-576-2438 ext. 618
All requests for reinstatement are subject to company approval.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Society accepts electronic payment from a checking or savings account only.
Payment Cutoff Times
Online payments will be posted the same day if you enter them before 3 p.m. CST. Any payments received after 3 p.m. CST or on a weekend or a holiday will be processed the next business day.
Returned Payments
Returned payments may result in the cancellation of your policy.
